Every person in America, whether he/she is a citizen or not, is entitled to due process of law before the government takes any action that deprives him/her of life, liberty, or property. This has been a bedrock principle of law in America since 1791. President Donald Trump wants to end this Constitutional guarantee for Central and South American migrants who entered the U.S illegally. Trump's position in this regard is a bad idea.
